Refund and Return Policy

Lazes Return and Refund Policy


1. Introduction

At Lazes, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return and Refund Policy below to understand your options.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Return Period: You must request a return within 7 days from the date of      delivery.
  • Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same      condition as received. Items that are damaged, altered, or not in their original packaging are not eligible for return.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Product Condition: For a return to be valid, the product you received must:      

o Arrive faulty or damaged

o Item arrives not as described on lazes.com.au

o Anything on us (e.g., wrong item shipped)

There must also be clear photographic proof of the products condition. (‘Clear photographic proof’ as decided upon by Lazes. If Lazes think either no proof is present, or proof is inadequate as per this refund policy, we will not give you a refund on your purchase. 


3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at hello@lazes.com.au to request a return authorization. Include your order number, the reason for the return and include an image of the product in question. 
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions for returning the product.
  3. Pack and Ship: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the Return Authorization Number. Ship the return to the address provided by our customer service team.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


5. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
  • Refund Amount: Refunds will include the purchase price of the item minus any shipping charges or other applicable fees. If you used a gift card, the gift card amount used will be refunded with a brand new gift card of that value. 


6. Exchanges

  • Product Exchange: If you would like to exchange an item, it must fit our refund policy. No exchanges based purely on ‘change of mind’ are allowed.
